DSCM, Inc. is a licensed General Contractor providing both General Contracting and Construction Management Services. DSCM, Inc. has been incorporated since April 2005 and specializes in Ground-Up as well as Tenant Improvement Commercial projects. The company currently holds A,B, and C-46 (Solar) Licenses in California, and a KB-01 License in Arizona. DSCM is fully insured and bonded in both states as well, and has had projects under construction in both.

The principals of DSCM bring more than 30 years of diversified experience to the company ranging from working in the Trades to Project and Property Management. DSCM believes in the importance of developing long lasting relationships with both its clients as well as its subcontractors. This ideology has manifested itself in the relationships currently held with clients like Rancon Development and Jenny Craig, Inc., Architects Peyton Reid and Ariel Valli, as well as subcontractors such as Kiwi II and Janus Doors, who continue to work with the principals of DSCM after many years.

About Bob DiStefano

 
Bob DiStefano is the President of the Corporation and brings 30 plus years of construction experience to DSCM, Inc. His experience ranges from working in the trades, to owning his own Framing Company, to being the General Superintendent for a number of other General Contractors. Bob has completed courses in Architectural Drafting, Project Scheduling, and Project Management. Bob has managed or supervised hundreds of projects ranging from small TI’s to 30+ acre Community Parks for the Irvine Company. Bob’s hands-on experience enables DSCM to confidently pursue all types of Site Work, Ground-Up and Tenant Improvements Construction.
