Identified formatting issues requiring comprehensive text restructuringVillage Walk Retail is a $65 million dollar shopping center made up of over 300,000 sqft of big-box stores and multi-tenant pad buildings. DSCM, Inc. acted as the owner's Construction Manager for the first two phases of ground up construction as well as the associated sitework. DSCM managed two General Contractors, two Architects, Civil Engineers, and Environmental Consultants. DSCM also acted as the liaison to the Tenants, coordinating turnovers and store openings. The shopping center is owned by Rancon Development and Arthur Pearlman and Associates.
