Prelude to Europa was one of the more unique projects that DSCM was hired to construct, consisting of two unique tasting rooms with a common courtyard and vestibule. One tasting room was fashioned after a French Bistro, while the other was designed and built to mimic an underground cave. DSCM was also able to assist in designing and constructing a new cement infused base all-weather access road that may one day become a standard for wineries in the Temecula Valley.
